Magical encounters : Stranger Strings
Would you like to discover the most prodigious secrets of the orchestra’s musicians, their instruments and the pieces that make them so passionate, from Bach to Billie Eilish? The GECA Magical Encounters offer two original shows at the Théâtre de Carouge. This event is aimed at young people and takes the form of two interactive performances.
Set off on a journey of discovery through the fascinating world of a string quartets, accompanied by four brilliant musicians from GECA. A journey through time, spanning the worlds of Mozart to that of Julia Wolfe. Be ready: you’ll only be able to progress if you’re willing to take on a few challenges… On the program for this unique show: a varied selection of pieces, new discoveries, and an active audience participation!
